It is also important to know that we are an ‘all insurance company’ and fleet work approved repairer.

Off-Site Estimating
If you’ve had a crash or your vehicle won’t go, we can come to your site by arrangement to give you an estimate on your repairs. We are based in Napier, do give us a call.

Pickup and Delivery of Vehicles
We are happy to pick up your vehicle and deliver it back to you when the repairs are done. This service is available within a 15km radius of our site in Onekawa, Napier, Hawkes Bay, by arrangement.

Courtesy Cars Available Free to Clients!
You don’t have to be a insurance client to get a free courtesy car. We have a fleet of 17 courtesy cars available free to our customers. Some conditions apply.

Your Car is Safe in Our Secure, Locked Compound
While your car is in our care we ensure that it is stored in a secure locked compound in Napier. Our clients vehicles do not sit out on the street at night.
